Mike MacManus joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 with over 30 years of business experience. Between 2015 and 2016, he closed over $70 million in self-storage sales transactions, in the Carolinas. He is a fully licensed broker in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina. In addition, he is on the board of both the North Carolina Self Storage Association and South Carolina Self Storage Association. In 2019, he was promoted to First Vice President Investments.
His background includes positions in Business Planning, Marketing and Sales in a range of Fortune 500 corporations such as GlaxoSmithKline, BellSouth, Anheuser Busch, and The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked for ten years in the commercial real estate industry with JM Real Estate Consulting. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and has an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University.
