Michael is actively involved with the Industrial / Commercial and Investment Real Estate business primarily in the Greater Toronto Area. Although his concentration is in the Industrial sector of the Industry he has been an integral part of numerous notable transactions extending to all forms of non-residential real estate. His involvement in real estate has included property ownership and property management. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Ltd., Michael was involved in the ownership and management of a smaller brokerage entity which merged with Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. in 1995. Michael has acted for private, public and institutional owners and users of real estate and attributes his extensive repeat business on the exceptional level of service provided to his corporate clients. He believes strongly in a team approach and is always prepared to gather the necessary internal and external professional services required to enhance the best interests of any client. In addition to completing numerous successful transactions in the Greater Toronto Area, he has been directly involved in the structuring and negotiation of other successful real estate transactions across Canada and the United States. Michael is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) which is a prestigious and exclusive designation awarded to individuals who have successfully completed an intensive and comprehensive course of studies, maintained a sustained high level of annual production in the sale of industrial and commercial property, and demonstrates the highest level of integrity in all of their real estate dealings. There are only 90 individuals across Canada who are permitted to use this designation. He also has the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which is similar to the SIOR but focuses upon the financial evaluation and structuring of transactions.
