With a Bachelor of Arts from Plymouth State University, a LEED AP accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council, and a 2019 CCIM designation, his extensive industry experience is relied upon to strengthen the operations of the current and future ZRP portfolio. Mike ensures that all development and capex projects are completed within budget and that all property management services are meeting the goals of the properties and tenants alike. Since beginning his career in 2005, Mike has overseen over $300 million of development and construction projects in the retail, office, multi-family and self-storage sectors throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region. He developed the first LEED GOLD Certified Multi-Family project in South Carolina, which was awarded the Housing Development of the Year. Mike was recognized in the “40 Under 40” through a national publication, Building Design + Construction, and again from the Charleston Business Journal. Mike currently sits on the Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Housing Loan Committee for the South Carolina Community Loan Fund.
