Michael Marks is a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and a co-leader of the firm's Chicago Retail Investment Sales practice. Over a fourteen year career in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Marks has transacted or advised on aggregate sales approaching $3 Billion. Michael’s unique understanding of the local market has allowed him to transact some of the most highly coveted retail assets in the Chicago market on distinguished corridors, including Michigan Avenue and State Street.
