Michael F. Milone, formerly an attorney in the real estate practice group of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, joined Tactix in 2001.
Mike received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts & Sciences in 1992 and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 1995. Mike clerked for the late J. Sydney Hoffman of the Pennsylvania Superior Court before joining the real estate practice group of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. While at Drinker, Mike represented developers, investors and lenders in a variety of real estate matters, with an emphasis on transactional work such as leasing, sales and acquisitions, development, financing and joint venture transactions. Mike has represented both landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail leases in the Delaware Valley and across the country, including traditional leases, build-to-suit leases, synthetic leases and sale/leasebacks.
