Overview
Michael Mohammed is a Retail Broker in Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office specializing in the sale of Multi-Tenant Retail assets in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties. He began his relationship with Marcus & Millichap when he joined the firm in 2015.
Prior to assuming his role as an Associate, Michael held a number of positions within the Medefind Retail team and has been responsible for the Financial Analysis and Marketing of Retail Investments, as well as coordinating and managing Escrow to ensure a smooth and seamless process for clients. In addition to spearheading a number of special projects for the team, these roles have allowed Michael to gain valuable knowledge and expertise in Retail Investments that he now transfers to his clients through an advisory relationship.
Michael is able to combine his local market knowledge with the ability to access the largest pool of investors through Marcus & Millichap's nationwide platform, ultimately yielding multiple offers from qualified buyers. Michael believes that the competitive environment created by driving multiple offers in a short amount of time is the best way to ensure his clients receive the highest possible price for their investment.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from The University of Tampa’s Sykes College of Business. In his leisure time, Michael enjoys spending time with friends and family, restoring classic cars, and playing tennis.
