Michael Mullen joined CBRE in 2004 as a member of the Industrial & Logistics group in the Greater Philadelphia Market representing owners, users, investors and developers in sale and leasing projects of Industrial and Flex Buildings and Infill, Greenfield, Brownfield and Riverfront Land. Additionally, Mike is actively involved in the sale and leasing of industrial properties for commercial, medical, institutional and residential adaptive reuse in urban locations. Mike’s primary expertise is focused along the Delaware and Schuylkill Rivers and the Interstates 95, 276 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) and 476 (Blue Route) corridors of Southeastern Pennsylvania and includes the City of Philadelphia.
Mike’s experience with warehousing & logistics, specialized manufacturing, heavy industrial & waterfront uses and adaptive reuse combined with his attention for detail, provides an unparalleled depth of service. Some of Mike's more complex projects which include Environmental remediation and DEP permitting, Zoning relief, Lot consolidation and subdivision, Labor & Logistics analyses, which enable him to create realistic expectations, generate solutions and deliver exceptional results.
Since joining CBRE, Mike has been involved in sale and lease transactions totaling over 10 million square feet with an aggregate value of over $400 million.
