Michael D. Mr. Mulvihill generates new clients and advises them on portfolio management, 1031 exchanges, and sale leasebacks. He has cultivated specific relationships with various developers, brokers, and both international and local private investors.
Prior to Wertz Real Estate Investment Services, Mr. Mulvihill began his commercial real estate career at Evans Senior Investments, a boutique brokerage firm specializing in the sale of senior living facilities in Boulder, Colorado. Next, Mr. Mulvihill worked at Voit Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in retail sales and leasing. Mr. Mulvihill graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Certificate of Real Estate. He grew up in San Diego County and in his spare time he enjoys guitar, ukulele, tennis, snowboarding, skateboarding, and golf.
