Mike Murray has been with our organization for 14 years. His honesty and attention to meeting client needs has been his primary asset in providing real estate services. Mike also uses his expert market knowledge to help clients make the most informed real estate decisions.
Mike currently works with retailers, developers, sellers, and landlords throughout the greater Grand Rapids area. Some of these retailers include Taco Bell, AutoZone, Dollar General, Hungry Howie’s Pizza, Culvers, Spartan Stores, Walgreens and Jimmy John’s.
When Mike first started working for our company he began with the redevelopment of a shopping center in Kentwood, Michigan. Mike worked diligently to help develop this area of Kentwood and the foundation of retail real estate he started has since continued to grow.
As a result of his dedication to the Kentwood area Mike secured an account from one of the nation’s top ten apartment developers, advising them in the sale of their excess land along the South Beltline. Clients who purchased the property include the 16-screen Celebration! Cinema, Pizzeria Uno, Steak ‘n Shake and Bob Evans.
