Mr. Okun has over 15 years of experience in corporate real estate, specializing in tenant representation. In his capacity as a Senior Managing Director with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, he has provided strategic planning and managed leasing programs for such prominent clients as Aberdeen Asset Management, Grace Beauty, Comixology, Rock Shrimp Productions, McKissack & McKissack, Buddy Media, We Work, PulsePoint, Ikeddi and Operative.
