Michael Park is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Brokerage Services team. Mr. Park works in an advisory role on behalf of occupiers of real estate, managing his client’s needs through the development and implementation of short and long term real estate strategies and solutions. Mr. Park’s key duties include market expertise, business development, strategic planning and lease/sale negotiation. Primarily serving as a Tenant Representative, his background also includes assisting in the leasing of 750,000 square feet at Tampa City Center.
Mr. Park played baseball throughout college, beginning his career at Ole Miss before transferring to the University of Tampa to graduate as a student athlete and receive his Masters in Business Administration degree.
