Graduated in 1969 from Oklahoma State University with a degree in economics. Mr. Parrish became a licensed real estate broker in 1970 and entered the commercial real estate business in 1974. His first 1031 transaction was completed in 1977, fourteen years before regulations were formulated in April 1991. Mr. Parrish has participated in teaching continuing education on 1031 exchanges for CPA's, and has been involved in numerous 1031 transactions in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Mr. Parrish received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in February of 1985.
