A native Californian, born and raised in the City of Angels, Michael Pavelka relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area in the late 1970’s. Raised amongst the demands of a family food business, he quickly learned the values of teamwork, dedication, loyalty and customer service.
For the past 32 years Michael has used his education in Business Administration and Finance from Loyola Marymount University and California State University Sacramento as the foundation for his career experience in property and casualty insurance, mortgage banking, medical sales, commercial and residential real estate.
Licensed as an agent for over 25 years, Michael built his career on work ethic, industry knowledge, reliability, unwavering tenacity, strategic focus, dedication and perseverance. He prides himself on the principle of doing what is right for his clients. This has served him well in building key relationships that stand the test of time. “The first question I ask my clients is, ‘What is the single most important thing you hope to accomplish?’ From there I systematically address each of their concerns, work to strengthen their position while simultaneously guiding them in locating and securing the place they truly desire as a business or a home.”
Over time, Michael has put together a reliable team of resources including developers, sub-contractors, designers, artisans and vendors who collaboratively deliver on-time results within a determined budget. “It’s about the big picture. It’s not just the building, but the location, the neighborhood, the amenities and the little things. It all matters. I keenly focus on the details and structure them together resulting in a winning combination. In the end, it’s all about relationships.
