Michael Phillips has been in the Silicon Valley Commercial Brokerage business for fourteen years. He joined Cornish & Carey Commercial in 1997 after a successful eight-year career with CBRE Commercial.
Michael has distinguished himself in Commercial Brokerage during the years. He prides himself on his ongoing relationships with his clients, the use of ONCOR International for multi-market assignments, and his commitment to excellence.
Specializing in the leasing and sale of R&D/Industrial Property, Michael has been a consistent top performer. His long-term, dedicated approach to client relationships; focusing on strategic real estate planning, has resulted in a client list that includes General Electric, Lowes Home Improvement, Dial Corporation, Western Atlas, DuPont, Marriott, Daimler Benz, Del Monte Foods, MMC Networks, Enterprise and Gale Industries. Michael’s clients have relied on his local expertise of the marketplace and his ability to manage the “Deal Process” keeping them continually abreast as to the status of the transaction. This dedication and service has resulted in numerous repeat business opportunities.
Michael has completed numerous land, R&D, industrial and retail building sales and Lease transactions during his career. He has successfully negotiated sale and lease transactions totaling over 3,700,000 square feet, and valued at over $250,000,000.
Michael is a member of Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB).
Michael earned his degree in business from California State University at Chico. A native of San Francisco, he and his wife, Sharon, and their two children, Samantha and Jake, now make their home in Mountain View.
