Michael has been involved in commercial real estate development since joining the company in 1996. Michael is responsible for the overall growth, profitability and direction of the Company. Michael is actively involved in overseeing all management and leasing efforts of the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio to ensure asset protection and investment stability. Prior to joining Vanguard Development Company. Michael worked as an engineer for a Houston, TX based company engaged in research, development, and field application in nondestructive electromagnetic testing of ferrous metal pipeline and industrial tubing. Michael served as President of the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter, 2010 and is active e on the statewide Chapter’s Board of Directors. He is a member in the Commercial Real Estate Council, an Oklahoma City organization and National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP). Michael has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Oklahoma, a B.S. degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, and has a CCIM designation which grants membership in the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
