Michael Remacle grew up in Santa Barbara, CA and is the son of a second-generation farmer from Howard, South Dakota (population 850) and a bookkeeper, who is one of 12 children. He attended Cornell University, where he received his bachelor's degree in human development / psychology. After graduating, he lived in New York City for three years, working in corporate relocation. He has lived in Los Angeles for the past 24 years and practiced real estate for the past 19, earning his broker's license eight years ago. He is a Certified International Property Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Probate Specialist, a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council, and serves on the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors Global Committee, where he was one of their representatives on a trade mission to Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Michael knows the value of hard work and commitment. His dad instilled in him a sense of responsibility, honesty, and integrity from a young age. His clients can count on him to be direct and deliver results. He is a bridge builder, achieving solutions that will move people forward. His mom is the connector and go-to for his family. She taught him how to navigate tricky personal situations so that everyone is treated fairly and that the best outcome is achieved. This certainly applies when Michael is negotiating for his clients.
Living in New York taught Michael to be persistent, resilient, and creative. Real estate transactions require someone who is solution oriented and won't give up. Michael hears what his clients need and want and develops focused strategies to get them to where they want to go. His Cornell education taught him to thoroughly explore what problems people and the world are experiencing, and the best ways to approach and solve these problems. He continues his education every day, finding new and innovative ways to help his clients and to be a better person and real estate broker.
