Michael Schwartz is Vice President of Business Intelligence within JLL’s Healthcare practice. Since 2019, he has focused on delivering valuable data-driven insights to clients utilizing the company’s flagship technology products.He is responsible for creating, maintaining, and marketing the growing suite of analytical tools, as well as market research and predictive location analytics. As a healthcare specialist, Michael takes pride in crafting unique, actionable solutions customized to suit each client’s strategic goals.
Before joining JLL, Michael spent seven years in a variety of roles at a telecom REIT. He began his career as a financial analyst in corporate finance where he focused on capital markets, M&A, and investor relations, then to corporate GIS using location analytics supporting corporate strategy, before finally moving to the data science group where he used advanced analytics to drive national enterprise sales.
