Staff Appraiser of Cushman and Wakefield’s Valuation Services Capital Markets Group in Washington, DC since 2001, and has performed appraisal and consulting assignments in over 6 states across the country.
Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Seetin was the Research Manager/Consultant for The Meyers Group. In this position, he conducted project and site feasibility studies of residential real estate throughout the Metropolitan Washington, DC and Baltimore areas for large-scale production homebuilders and developers. He also analyzed the market trends and consulted clients on product and market viability. Prior to this he was Senior Research Analyst for CoStar Group, Inc. where he conducted studies of commercial real estate sales throughout the Midwest and East Coast regions. He collected and analyzed sales data and produced monthly reports to the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Seetin began his appraiser experience as a Staff Appraiser for Accuval Associates (now known as DoveBid). In this position he appraised commercial real estate and equipment through out the United States.
