By 2002 he was promoted to property manager overseeing a lease-up of 144 units Michael has worked on several successful lease-up communities as well as successfully transitioning troubled and distressed communities. Michael is a licensed South Carolina Broker and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
Michael previously served as the Vice President of the Charleston Apartment Association and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Charleston Apartment Association, Southwest Florida Apartment Association. Michael has served on several committees with the Southwest Florida Apartment Association, Apartment Association of Michigan, and Charleston Area Apartment Association
Michael was the Charleston Apartment Association Regional Manager of the year in 2017 and 2019, Property Manager of the year 2009-2011 and has received numerous community related awards and industry awards.
