There are many wonderful areas around Charleston to raise a family or retire. After living on Folly Beach a few years we moved to Hanahan and built a home with Stanley Martin builders and our home overlooks the River and the Marina. I love living on the water and cruising the waterways on my boat. Charleston is a great place to live on the water, It’s always great to jump in the boat and cruise down the river and dock at a restaurant for dinner.<br><br>My experiences as the owner of a home inspection company, a pest control business and helping my Dad with custom homes give me a very well rounded perspective when you are looking to buy or sell a home. I have flipped several homes myself, built my own custom home and I have many personal investments in real estate, as both an investor & landlord.
