Mike Stuard, a broker with Peak Commercial Properties, has a diversified business background allowing him to provide superior services beyond traditional commercial real estate brokerage. Prior to coming to Colorado Springs, Mike owned and managed Stuard Electric Company, Inc. in Houston, TX, giving him significant experience with the construction industry. After growing his company to over 200 employees and $10 million in annual revenue, he sold the company and moved to Colorado Springs shortly thereafter. During his initial years in Colorado Springs, Mike constructed a 26,000 SF facility to house one of his companies, Play it at the Bullpen, and was involved in helping to develop high school baseball players for competitive ball and college athletics.
In 2008, Mike joined Peak Commercial Properties and has been instrumental in helping the company expand into additional brokerage services to include office, retail and special use properties. He also helped establish our REO division tailored to provide banks with custom solutions for their distressed assets. As a result, Peak Commercial Properties sold more commercial REO Properties than any other firm in Southern Colorado during the great recession.
