Michael Taylor has been exclusively a Commercial Real Estate Broker for over twenty four years. Mr. Taylor’s expertise has included District Sales Manager, Court Receiver, Trustee, design and implement marketing, sales and leasing programs for all Commercial Real Estate including investment and development within the Institutional and private sector for retail, office, industrial, multi-family and business opportunity. Michael provides cash flow analysis and valuation, financing, development, zoning and amendment to zoning changes, Triple Net Investment Grade Sales and Leasing along with site selection representation.
Michael is also involved within the community with The Make A Wish Foundation of South Florida and various Real Estate related activities and groups within the community.
