Michael Tull is the Executive Vice President of Brokerage with Stag Commercial and he's been working in commercial brokerage for 7 years. Michael is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where he received a BAAS in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement. After graduation, Michael launched his career in real estate through finance. After working at a local financial institution finance finance in Denton, he decided it was time to take the plunge and jump into brokerage. In total, Michael has been in the real estate industry for 14 years now and has represented numerous tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. He has a record of successfully guiding clients through their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease negotiations, and dispositions. Some of Michael’s specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, space utilization, transaction management, and financial structuring. Michael specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties that consistently exceed the goals of his clients. Michael is currently an active member of several local community groups including the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Denton Chamber of Commerce to name a few. Michael is also working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM Candidate). When not at work, Michael is spending time with his wife Stefanie and 3 boys - Cayden, Casen, and Connor. When he’s not at work, you can find him coaching baseball and soccer, and playing golf.
