Michael Verdone began his real estate career in 1974, and at the end of that first year, was honored as the #1 selling and listing agent in his office. Within two years, Michael achieved his broker's license and began Verdone Commercial Brokerage, specializing in income-producing properties and limited partnerships all at the age of 21. With a degree in both Finance and Economics and experience in knowing what it takes to construct a home, Michael gravitated to residential real estate and founded Economic Concepts in 1978. Mike Verdone, a third-generation Realtor, and Broker joined the family business in 2012. After graduating from UCSD with a degree in Psychology and a focus in Business, Mike uses his interpersonal communication skills and video technology to enhance client presentations. The Verdone Team has a passion for real estate and both Brokers have gained tremendous recognition for being one of the top agents in San Mateo and Santa Clara County.
