Mike Vesper has been with CBRE, Inc for 22 years. To date, he has been involved as a key team member in over $3billion of real estate transactions nationwide. In 1997, Mr. Vesper joined the Investment Properties Group as a full-time brokerage professional, concentrating in the sale of major office equities and corporate portfolios. In 1992 Mike joined CBRE as Vice President of the Financial Services Group bringing extensive capital markets experience in the placement and structuring of both debt and equity. Mr. Vesper''''s background brings both an institutional and entrepreneurial perspective to real estate transactions. As an investment professional, Mr. Vesper has provided the full scope of services required for complex real estate transactions. Prior to joining CBRE Mr. Vesper was employed for four years with Trammell Crow Company as their Midwest CFO/Financial Manager. Prior to that, Mr. Vesper was employed for fourteen years with Homart Development Co. His specific responsibilities included the sale of commercial property as well as the placement and structuring of both secured and unsecured debt. Over this period, Mr. Vesper negotiated or participated in over 30 transactions, securing over $2 billion in proceeds.
