Michael Wang native New Yorker, raised in Queens. He attended Stuyvesant High School in Downtown Manhattan and earned a Bachelor's in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. As the CEO of Project Queens, Michael specializes in leasing prime retail spaces across New York City and Long Island. He focuses on helping both landlords and tenants secure the ideal locations for their businesses with over 1 million square feet leased. He also represents prominent international tenants expanding into major U.S. cities. Beyond his role at Project Queens, Michael is deeply engaged in the community. He serves as Co-Chair of the Queens Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee, President of AREAA NY EAST, and is an active member of the REBNY Commercial Queens Committee. Recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, Michael is passionate about building strong relationships and collaborating with industry leaders, business owners, and community advocates to drive growth and create opportunities both professionally and within the community.
