Michael W. Weiss is a Senior Director with Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC. He holds a B.S. from the University of Akron. Michael has been in the commercial real estate industry for 13 years, specializing in Buyer/Tenant representation, land assemblage, development, property marketing, surplus dispositions, leasing, and management of multi-family investments. Michael’s representation of regional and national restaurants and retailers in market rollouts from site selection/land acquisition to negotiations through the entitlement/approval process as well as lease/purchase negotiations has provided his clients with multiple successful locations. He has distinguished himself from his peers as a driven, focused, and detail-oriented broker who pursues the client’s objectives while maintaining a high level of integrity, loyalty, and reliability. As the real estate partner and site selector in a chain of Northeast Ohio restaurants, Michael has the owner’s perspective, benefitting his clients on multiple levels, primarily in obtaining the most desirable location and negotiating the best deal, which provides the most favorable results.
