Michael Wexler has more than 9 years of diverse real estate knowledge in property leasing and tenant representation. In addition, Mr. Wexler has represented parties through acquisitions, due diligence, valuation and lease restructuring. Mr. Wexler has a wide-reaching experience as real estate advisor to retailers, owners, attorneys, lenders and restructuring professionals. Throughout his career, Mr. Wexler has represented national retailers in rollouts throughout the Chicago MSA as well as lease-related services with local operators, developers and institutional buyers. Since entering the professional real estate market, Mr. Wexler has focused primarily on both Landlord Representation and Product Leasing, and tenant representation. Mr. Wexler has represented Cohen Equities, Garrison Investment Group, Northpond Partners, MAC Management, Wirtz Realty Corporation, The Feil Organization, Jenel Management Corp., LG Development and Construction, South Street Capital, Acadia Realty Trust, DRW Holdings, LLC, M Development, Newcastle Limited, L3 Capital LLC, Shiner Capital Partners, LLC, RCG Longview as well as local merchant developers/entrepreneurs. On the tenant side, Mr. Wexler has represented such retailers as Sweetgreen, Taylor Gourmet, Foot Locker, Christofle, Frank & Oak, Doc B's, Serena & Lily, lululemon, Club Monaco, Ralph Lauren, Swarovski, Keihl's, Hot Mama, Oliver Peoples, Bluemercury, LUSH Cosmetics, EDrop-Off Express, Giggle, BOKA Restaurant Group, Lettuce Entertain You, LaColombe, Torrefaction, Yoga Six, Brown Bag Seafood, EjallRaven, Arc'Teryx and Mobile Generation d/b/a/ Verizon Wireless. Mr. Wexler received his B.S. degree from The University of Kansas. He is a founding member of Camp Out For Kids Charity Organization, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a former Junior Board Member of the MRJBF (Medical Research Junior Board Foundation) of Ann & Robert H. Lurie's Children's Hospital of Chicago.
