Mike Wilson's 29-year history of commercial real estate experience involves 25 years in the South Florida region. Prior to joining Colliers, Mike Wilson served as a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Boca Raton office. He has received numerous production awards over the years including Circle of Excellence, President's Award, and Costar Group's Power Broker. Mike Wilson's primary territory encompasses Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties in the South Florida region.
Alongside his partner, Russell Bornstein, they are long-time exclusive representatives for Wells Fargo and its approximate 250 branches in Southeast Florida, providing steady and strategic commercial real estate advisory to the financial services company through various mergers over our 20-year relationship, including their real estate needs after they acquired Wachovia in the largest financial institution merger on record. Additionally, they have represented clients such as Brandsmart, Regions Bank, and Chase.
Mike Wilson was previously a partner with Commercial Florida Realty Partners, Inc. Florida prior to the company's acquisition by Grubb & Ellis Company in early 1999. He began his real estate career in 1988 with Equitec Properties Company in Bethesda, Maryland, representing a portfolio of more than one million square feet of office space in the Washington D.C. metro area.
