As the Director of Property Operations, Michele Myers is responsible for overseeing BH’s property operations team. Myers monitors the reporting, operational and compliance performance of the BH portfolio and works closely with property owners to ensure that all communities are meeting their performance expectations. Myers brings more than 28 years of experience in multifamily real estate to her current role, previously holding positions from Leasing Consultant to Area Vice President. Prior to joining BH as a Regional Manager in 2015, Myers was an Area Vice President for SunRidge Management Group and, before that, a Regional Manager with DMJ Management. She holds both CAM and CAPS certifications.
