Michelle Blasingame brings extensive corporate communication and marketing experience to the Richardson Properties team as Marketing and Operations Manager. Since joining Richardson Properties in 2002, her consistent follow through and forward thinking has been influential in expanding the scope of services currently offered and promoting the corporate culture. Michelle's dedication to community involvement encompasses both San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles and her commitment to professional affiliations has helped to establish Richardson Properties as one of the premier real estate companies on the Central Coast.
As a licensed Realtor, Michelle utilizes her wide-ranging experience with residential and commercial real estate to provide her clients with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market; creating a focused Marketing Plan for sellers and a detailed Market Strategy for buyers. Her honesty, consistent attention to detail, and extensive understanding of the contract process, ensures that her clients receive professional advice and ultimately a smooth transaction.
Michelle holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from San Diego State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Kappa Phi. She is a local resident of San Luis Obispo County and is a member of the San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles Chambers of Commerce, and the Home Builders Association of the Central Coast. Michelle is an active member of the San Luis Obispo Downtown Association, having served on the Promotions Committee since 2002 and is a strong supporter of the Food Bank of SLO County. In addition to her charitable positions, Michelle is an active member of the Pismo Coast Association, California Association and National Associations of Realtors.
