I am an investor and former owner both a computer consulting firm and a general contracting company.<br>As a GC I was an Ohio EDGE, FBE and CSB minority contractor and bid won and completed multiple large public projects for the University of Akron, Kent State University, NEOUCOM and multiple municipalities. My computer specialization was CAD/CAM systems and for 25 years my firm supported 200+ local architectural and engineering firms as well as design/facilities department for many large corporations, schools and universities. I am active in the local Real Estate Investor Associations. My background allows me to accurately source, assess and estimate investment opportunities.
