Serving high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial companies, Michelle’s original expertise was in industrial and manufacturing facilities. She has deep experience in sale and acquisition of investment properties and has structured many successful sale/leasebacks across multiple property types. Her prior corporate background gives her insight and creativity in finding long-term solutions to meet client objectives.
Prior to forming Hudson Peters Commercial, Michelle was a consistent top producer during her fifteen years at Burr & Temkin Commercial and Henry S. Miller Commercial. She is regarded as one of the top brokers region wide and over her career has closed $1.3 billion in leases, property, and investment sales.
Before entering commercial brokerage she worked in facilities management for Pizza Hut and Rent-A-Center.
