Bio
Michelle began her real estate career in Marin County, California, at the age of 13 with the family brokerage. During a career in radio and print media, she created and produced the North Bay Property Connection... live, on-air real estate talk show and Open House tour programs. In 1993, she opened her own successful advertising and marketing agency providing services to real estate and mortgage professionals.
Michelle moved to the Sacramento area in 2003 to establish an onsite management company for a Bay Area real estate investor. As Director of Operations and Property Manager for a portfolio of commercial investments, Michelle and her staff managed both retail and medical, dental office properties. She has since managed medical/dental and retail properties for numerous commercial investors.
Investors and managers can train with Michelle and her team to become better managers, reduce liability, annually audit financials and improve the bottom line.
Michelle has now joined World Premiere Realty in Concord, CA and will be leading the way to build and support Commercial Real Estate services for the brokerage.
