Transitioned into this role, working with several brokers and ultimately partnering with the industrial executive vice president as his business manager. Overall function includes assisting the lead to ensure above standard performance throughout the department. Organizing and managing business and personal calendars; monitoring emails and calls; daily interaction with staff, clients, brokers, prospects and assist with required deliverables (RFP's, LOI's, presentations, marketing material, press releases, environmental studies, special projects, etc.); coordinating meetings and events; maintain Outlook, Apto, CRM and PeopleSoft; Eloqua e-marketing; entry and documentation in Dealio (accounting program); assist with prospect "touch" pieces; handle social media / communications and manage numerous tracking reports for the department.
