Ms. Schiffer joined the company in 2007 and currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management. She is responsible for managing the company’s assets including inline leasing, construction management, redevelopment, and tenant coordination, as well as financial proformas. Ms. Schiffer also oversees all marketing for the company. Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, she worked for the Rouse Company for 20 years where she held positions in property management, leasing and marketing of retail, office and mixed-use properties. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore. Ms. Schiffer is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM).
