Michelle Tierce currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, overseeing Asset Management. With a tenure of 17 years at the firm, she previously served in various capacities within JBG Smith and its predecessor, the JBG Companies. JBG Smith is a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust specializing in owning, operating, and investing in the Washington, D.C. area. In her current role, Michelle is responsible for managing the JBGS and Fund Operating Portfolios, comprising more than 50 operating assets, including 30 commercial assets totaling 9.2 million square feet, 21 multifamily assets totaling 7,600 units, and two under-construction multifamily assets with an additional 1,583 units, along with a 347-key hotel. She has a comprehensive background leading dispositions and recapitalizations of commercial assets, totaling $3.6 billion, and overseeing 17 individual asset transactions across 6.7 million square feet.
