Mike Bails, a native of Iowa City, leads the Corridor in sales for new construction, development, income and investment properties. He’s been selling real estate since 1999 and is a long-time member of the Board of Directors for The Iowa City Area Home Builder’s Association (HBA) and will be serving as the HBA President for 2019. Mike, and his wife, Angie, have two children, Mariah and Caden, and live on an acreage in Solon. They also have two dogs: Cash, a bulldog, and Jax, a boxer. Mike and Angie, who met while attending the University of Iowa, are a real estate match made in heaven. Angie owns a rental property management company, Brotherton Investments. When they are not working, Mike and his family try to spend as much time as they can at their cabin in Montrose where family and friends are always invited to camp, fish, ride ATV’s and generally have a great time!
