Bio
Mike began his commercial real estate career with CBRE as an industrial broker in the Philadelphia market in the early 1990’s. He relocated to South Florida to work with Liberty Property Trust, helping to grow REIT's Florida operations, focusing on acquisitions and leasing for the company. In 1998, Mike moved back to Philadelphia and joined Preferred Real Estate Investments, focusing on all aspects of the company's real estate portfolio. Eventually, Mike became a partner with Preferred, ultimately becoming the company's President when the firm transitioned to Preferred Unlimited, focusing on equity investments, specifically in proppant technology for the oil & gas industry. Mike left Preferred in 2013, and launched Waltzing Matilda USA, a designer and manufacturer of high quality lifestyle products for companies such as Apple, Sundance, Urban Outfitters, Faherty Brands and others. In 2018 Mike sold the company and joined the Arlington Group.
Mike is a graduate of Villanova University. He is married with four children.
