Mike Chidester has eighteen years of experience developing medical, residential, office, and multi-family real estate. His career includes years as director of real estate for the Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, as well as time as a project manager for The Boyer Company in Salt Lake City. Mike’s development philosophy is focused on positive impact and creating great environments for communities to grow and thrive. He has also overseen the development of urban mixed-use projects, including 500+ units of multi-family housing with structured parking, and has experience leading public/private partnerships in Idaho.
Mike earned a B.A. in finance and an MBA from the University of Utah. He lives in Meridian, Idaho, with his wife and 6 children.
