He is a licensed Broker with Brubaker-Culton Real Estate & Development. He has been with the firm since 1976 handling transactions in commercial, subdivisions, land and apartments. He was born in Los Angeles in 1947 and my family moved to Hemet in 1949. I graduated from Hemet High School and attended Mt. San Jacinto College. He has seen Hemet go through many growing pains and am familiar with the requirements of both Hemet and San Jacinto cities and the County of Riverside.
