Bio
Mike Deering joined Hutton as Chief Investment Officer in 2019. Mike leverages over 13 years of commercial real estate experience in areas including investor relations, asset management, financial reporting, transactions and investment management. Mike oversees Hutton’s investment, asset management and transaction platforms. Prior to joining Hutton, Mike served as Senior Vice President of Funds Management for DDR Corp/Site Centers, where he oversaw the asset management, reporting and investment management functions for a $4 billion portfolio of shopping centers. During his time in Ohio, Mike was active in the community, and served as an in-classroom volunteer and in a board capacity for Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland. Mike earned a BBS in Accounting and an MBA from Gannon University
