For over 30 years, Mike has been developing, managing and financing his own commercial real estate portfolio which is located throughout the Northwest. He has completed over 100 development/re-development projects with a combined value in excess of $350,000,000.
Project types include:
Medical office, office, industrial, flex, retail, motels and express car washes. Mike has also completed a number of building renovations on historical buildings in the Downtown core of Boise.
His company Rocky Mountain Management and Development which is a full-service commercial real estate development company based in Boise, also specializes in build-to-suit projects for Tenants like: Primary Health, NAPA Auto Parts, Del Taco, Northwest Farm Credit Services, Trinity Health, St. Luke's Family Health, Idaho First Bank, Hayden Beverage, Metro Express Car Wash, Bluebird Express Car Washes and a number of private businesses.
Mike is also a majority owner in the Metro Express Car Wash in Sheridan Colorado which is the largest physical car wash in the US. Additionally, Mike is also an owner of the Bluebird Express Car Washes in Ontario, OR and two Boise, ID.
