Michael Greeninger serves as Vice President and asset manager at WYSE and has been at the Portland commercial real estate company since 1999.
Prior to his current tenure with WYSE, Greeninger acquired more than ten years of experience in the real estate investment securities industry, where he was instrumental in developing asset growth for firms in Oregon and California, including two national real estate investment trust mutual funds.
Greeninger received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Oregon State University in 1989. He is currently a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington and oversees commercial real estate assets in both states. Greeninger also holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He served on the board of the IREM Oregon Columbia River Chapter 29 for eight years, was recognized as CPM of the Year in 2007, and served as its President in 2009. He is a current member of Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB).
