Mike is the Global Chief Information Officer for Avison Young, based in the firm’s Chicago, IL office. Mike joined Avison Young in 2020 to lead the firm’s global information and technology team. His focus is to enable business growth through technology, simplify the current technology stack and partner with the Innovation Team to architect and engineer products that make our clients more successful in their real estate outcomes.
While serving as the Global CIO for Avison Young, Mike also sits on the firm’s Global Executive Committee and Global Leadership team, helping shape the firm’s strategic direction, aggressive growth and client engagement strategies.
Prior to his role at Avison Young, Mike was Senior Vice President – Data management & Technology Operations. During his 9+ years at JLL he led the development and rollout the national property and transaction database, offshore data team, business intelligence team and GIS team. Mike attended Lawrence University where he earned a degree in Economics.
