With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Michael has generated and closed over 300 hundred million dollars in real estate projects of various forms. From strip center retail, to Class A office, office/warehouse and manufacturing space, he has successfully worked in virtually every sector of the commercial real estate market.
In addition, he has extensive experience in alternative energy projects with a focus on solar project development, as well as 4 years in the economic development industry. In this role he was responsible for retaining over 1,400 jobs in the Western New York region and retaining corporate entities that contribute over 1.8 billion dollars in positive economic impact annually to the Greater Buffalo, NY marketplace.
