Bio
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Louie began his commercial real estate
career as a Sales Representative with Bishop Hawk Commercial, Sacramento,
with an emphasis on office leasing and sales. Mr. Louie earned the Rookie of
the Year award in 1989 and ranked in the top five producers five out of six years with Bishop Hawk.
Mr. Louie began investing and developing in value added commercial
properties in 1994. As the managing partner of multiple holdings, Mr. Louie has garnered experience across multiple disciplines including leasing, capital tenant improvements, asset management, and professional property
management.
In 1995, Mr. Louie joined Brown Stevens Elmore & Sparre and became a
partner. Mr. Louie has been involved in the sale and/or leasing of commercial
properties for a total valuation in excess of $500 million in volume.
