As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Mike Martin is responsible for leasing a portfolio of office and industrial properties in the Houston area totaling 1.65 million square feet. Mike has completed 861 transactions for over 4.6 million square feet and created lease value of over $410,570,450 for his owners. Mike brings more than 35 years of experience in the development, leasing and marketing of office, warehouse and retail shopping centers.
Previously, Mike served as General Manager for CMD Realty Investors. Before joining CMD, he was an Assistant Vice President with the Vantage Companies where he spent over 14 years.
Mr. Martin is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and holds a current Texas Real Estate Broker's License.
