Mike oversees development operations of MHM and has been engaged in real estate development, land entitlements, construction, management, and related fields for more than 25 years. He has managed and developed several properties in Florida, Texas and throughout the Southeast from site selection to final product while managing all other required resources to make the project happen on time and within budget.
Mike has an extensive business background with proven expertise in management and business development. Mike has been engaged in Southwest Florida business for more than twenty five years. Mike’s planning, coordinating, directing and operations ability has been critical to the successful development of every project he has associated himself with.
