Michael L. Montandon is Broker and co-owner of Providence Commercial, LLC. Mike’s previous positions in his professional career include, but are not limited to, Vice President of Business Development and Government Affairs at DC Building Group, Managing Partner at Insight Investment Partners where he focused on the San Diego County, Phoenix, and Las Vegas markets for a diverse range of asset classes. Mike was also previously Managing Director for Voit Real Estate Services in the Las Vegas office. During his 12-year service from 1997 to 2009 as Mayor of North Las Vegas, Mike was the Director of Government Affairs at Core Construction and has over 20 years of experience in management, construction, commercial appraisal and land planning. Prior to his tenure with Core Construction, Mike worked for Nevada Construction Services and was a Senior Appraisal Analyst with Bank of America.
